I was engaged by WePay to lead the design of their new web presence.  Considering WePay’s goals and business and functional requirements, I developed a strategy for the new WePay website and working with the design and development teams, ensured it was executed with impressive precision.  As a result of the redesign, the metric by which we were measuring success, new subscriptions, rose by 72%.
