Providing help and support to 250+ million people
Project Description
Yahoo Help is used by over 250 million people all over the world but previously, the Help system was not sufficiently aligned to the needs of these users.
I was hired to Help the Yahoo! Help team re-envision its Help experience, which involved first taking a more holistic view of the Yahoo customer, amplifying their voice organizationally, and ultimately providing a UI that more actionably supported their needs.
